What's the Difference Between Business and Residential (definition)?

Our definition of a business is an operation in a commercial building, with a sign advertising the business. A home-based business we define as residential. Home-based businesses may wish to upgrade to Business service to obtain a SLA, first priority troubleshooting, one free static i.p., and other business class features. Unfortunately IHateToWait no longer offers new residential service only.
